About

Blue South Talent has long represented international touring artist EG Kight. Working behind the scenes, the staff has helped EG reach significant career milestones, including numerous music awards nominations, several for Female Artist of the Year, and three for Song of the Year, and several #1 albums. Several of Kight’s songs have aired on major TV networks, and five songs were placed in a movie currently airing on Amazon Prime.

It was a natural progression to bring singer/songwriter and actress Lisa Biales into the fold. EG Kight produced two of Lisa’s albums, and the 2014 release was nominated for a Blues Blast award for Acoustic Album of the Year. Her latest album, “Beat of My Heart,” seventy years in the making, was released to rave reviews. DownBeat Magazine  wrote that it was “One of the finest releases of 2017. Four Stars!” In 2010 Francis Ford Coppola cast Biales in his film, TWIXT, which was released in Europe to rave reviews. Biales also portrayed the beloved Patsy Cline in the two-woman play “Always, Patsy Cline” to a week of sold-out shows.

Soon after bringing Lisa on board, we announced the addition of Melissa “Missy” Bradley, a nationally recognized speaker/teacher/lecturer who has appeared in all 50 states. Bradley has taken her tailored seminars and served as consultant to Veterans groups including Operation Stand Down, to various behavioral health companies, clergy, leadership groups, the American Red Cross, and The National Children’s Advocacy Center. She has been a frequent guest on radio and tv shows, and was part of a PBS Special narrated by Larry King focusing on children and divorce.

We also welcome Tom Horner, award-winning songwriter and composer, whose compositions have aired on worldwide radio, multi-media commercials, major film, and network and cable television, including the Discovery Channel, the Military Channel, the History Channel, ABC Family, Nova, and the Travel Channel.

And most recently we welcome singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Caitie Thompson. With years of stage experience that belie her youthful appearance, Caitie is an old soul whose love of music runs deep. With her feet firmly planted in contemporary music, writing, and performing, she was also the interim Music Director at a Nashville area high school. She splits her time between Ohio and Nashville, where she’s performed on many stages, as a solo, a duo, with a full band, and as part of a backing band for other artists.
